User Account: To reserve a spot at our training camps, you may need to provide personal information. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
2. Payment and Booking
Prices and Payment: The total cost of the MMA & Muay Thai camp is $1,099 USD per person. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Refund Policy: Due to the upfront nature of costs, no refunds will be provided. However, in case of extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss possible accommodations.
3. Conduct and Safety
Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the camp without a refund.
Health and Medical Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to participate. You may be required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks associated with physical training.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Martial Arts Escapes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Assumption of Risk: Participation in martial arts training involves physical exertion and inherent risks. You acknowledge and accept these risks by joining our camps.
No Guarantees: While we strive to provide high-quality training, we do not guarantee specific results or skill improvements.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Martial Arts Escapes will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your participation in our services.
